WHAT IS A CODE ZERO?

Code zero is a mission driven team activity available in 3 formats: Half day, full day or 48 hour team marathon.

The specific mission tasks are customised to fit around your focused theme, objective or message to ensure this is woven into the event. Your team’s mission will test their resources to the limit. They will need to be intelligent, active, resourceful, imaginative and competitive. Only one team can win and there is no consolation in losing.

WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE?
Your objective is to win! To win; arrive at the centre of the matrix, having successfully completed as many small dynamic tasks as possible, along your chosen route, before any other team! You will need a clear strategy to maximise points through the best choice of route that plays to your teams strengths and also may ‘scupper’ the others! Code Zero is fast paced, engaging, competitive and most of all an absolute barrel of fun!’

WHAT CAN WE LEARN?
For a team to carry out one task is relatively easy but to plan their entire mission creates an open opportunity for their strengths facing longer term often strategic challenges. They will have to carry out their Team Mission from start to finish which will uncover the following:

• Ability to plan, communicate and stay on target

• How the team discuss and agree on specific tasks

• Should the team remain goal driven and focused or will they lose site of it?

• How to manage dynamic situations to ensure team members and goals are aligned

• How does the team pioneer a task from start to finish?
